Work History

Vectrus Systems Inc. (November 2015-Present)

Currently employed as an ADPE Technician/Lead for the 519^th Signal Company in Camp Buehring, Kuwait; working on the re-imaging of machines for Strategic NIPR and SIPR enclaves and network and hardware troubleshooting for machines and networks.

Abacus Solutions Group (February 2015-October 2015)

Employed as a Computer Operator/Site Lead for the Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD), supporting Army, National Guard, Reserve, Contractor and DoD Civilians on account statuses and provisioning of AKO accounts, Army Enterprise Email (AEE), Tier 1 Remedy dispatching to Army post Network Enterprise Centers (NEC’s), also as a Site Lead for Abacus Solutions Group, a subcontractor of Unisys Global Inc.

D&S Consulting Inc. (December 2013-January 2015)

Employed as a Computer and Network Administrator for the United States Forces Army Garrison (USFOR-A) Garrison in Bagram, Afghanistan.  Duties include: Tier 1, 2, and 3 support for client computers in a garrison environment in support of the DoD Civilians, Army and Air Force personnel during drawdown operations in Bagram Airbase; Desktop support and implementation, cable, switch and server maintenance, server virtualization as forces drawdown, providing new and needed services such as supporting new Red Cross computer lab that was opened in late 2013, secured communications support for several USO's onsite, emergency service support for Air Force emergency flight support; supporting local, Combined Forces-East and Afghan theatre Information Assurance, updating and mitigating IA violations as they occur; education, corrective training and working in conjunction theatre-wide for any and all Information Assurance issues. Working closely with NIPR, SIPR and Centrix enclaves, advising Tier 3 support through Remedy to other hardware, network and system administrators for both Bagram and RC-East OCONUS Regions, gained IAT Level 1 Certifications to become a Helpdesk Administrator (HA) for the Army Garrison in Bagram Air Base.

 

Abacus Solutions Group (October 2012-October 2013)

Employed as a Customer Service Associate for Air Force subcontractor Abacus Solutions Group; assisting Air Force personnel on usage and maintenance of Air Force Networks (AFNET) on Pensacola NAS. Duties include:  Microsoft Office software implementation, Tier 1 technical support, office network hardware installation, drive replication, operating system installation, IP networking and cabling, remote desktop support, REMEDY system usage and administration, server administration using DRA system and Active Directory, Level 1 Network Administration of 800 client desktop and laptop computers, 200 printers.

 

Alabama Army National Guard (June 2009-Present)

Employed as a Microwave Systems Operator and Maintainer during Operation Enduring Freedom, December 2011-October 2012. Duties include troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of Cisco routers and various portable communication and network equipment.

 

DIRECTV (April-November 2011)

Employed as Satellite Installer for DirecTV. Duties include: installation, maintenance and repair of single to multiple-room home satellite and multimedia systems.

 

Automotive Computer Services Mobile, AL (December 2008-March 2009)

Employed as a Forms Programmer for ACS. Duties include: Programming new forms for car dealerships that are looking to acquire the firm's software, correcting any problems with the forms as they are updated to newer version numbers annually, working with visual imaging programming and remote upload and download of new form content.

 

Cavalier Telephone Tampa, FL (April 2007-February 2008)

Employed with Cavalier Telephone as a Phone Repair Specialist. Duties included: tracking and remote repair of consumer phone systems, help desk and tech dispatch

 

Computer Generated Solutions/CGS Tampa, FL (October 2006-April 2007)

Employed as a Tech Support Agent for Philips/Magnavox Electronics. Duties Include: Providing support and Troubleshooting for consumer electronics; Creating service tickets for consumers concerning their needs and issues.
